Attorney Adam Rose is the founder of Adam Rose Law, a California-based firm dedicated to protecting the rights of employees in the workplace. With extensive experience in Employment Law, Wage and Hour Claims, Discrimination, and Wrongful Termination, Mr. Rose brings a meticulous, results-driven approach to every case.

Before launching his own practice, Mr. Rose spent years litigating complex employment and consumer law matters, including class action cases on behalf of California employees. His work has contributed to published appellate decisions and helped shape interpretations of California labor law. Known for his extraordinary attention to detail, strategic negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of California’s intricate employment statutes, Mr. Rose consistently finds innovative legal pathways to secure justice for his clients.

Mr. Rose earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree from Occidental College.

Outside of the courtroom, he is a 20-year practitioner of yoga, a devoted hiker, and an enthusiastic student of music—pursuits that mirror the focus, balance, and discipline he brings to his legal practice.
